Keyboards in Metal Music

It’s a weird thing, these keyboards in metal. But I think it’s good, overall. These keyboards provide variety.

Here are a few of my favorite metal bands that include teh keyboards in one way or another:

  • HORSE the Band – Birdo

  • Genghis Tron – Arms

  • Anamanaguchi – Blackout City

  • Children of Bodom – Needled 24/7

This Doogie Howser Intro is Totally Sweet

Holy crap, was popular television keyboard music really this nice in the 80’s? I guess so.

Kitteh vs Printer

OMG ROFLOL Roffle Roffle etc… All sound effects are real, obviously.

Via Angie T of Violet Island fame.

Kraftwerk Sample – Fearless Four

Kraftwerk – The Man Machine

Fearless Four – RockinĀ“ it

Kraftwerk – Autobahn

This is indeed the finest presentation of Kraftwerk’s musical process I’ve seen so far:

And here’s a full live version of Autobahn:

Kraftwerk, you are the pinnacle of German Avant-Garde Musique!

Segway Action

The adoption of the Segway has been quite interesting. From what I’ve seen so far, the Segway is used exclusively by nerds and police/security people. This is an interesting disadvantage (or distinct advantage, depending on your mindset) to quite an innovative product.

But, of course, there are always people who can modify anything to absolute greatness:

Polite Dance Song

I’ve been sitting on this video for months now, and I’ve finally decided to put it on this blog:

I love this video.

Christian and Satanic Metal Videos

Tourniquet – Ark of suffering

Tourniquet was one of my favorite christian metal bands back in the day. Here’s an early song by them about animal torture:

Deicide – Homage for Satan

And here’s an awesome Deicide video by the name of ‘Homage for Satan’:

The Most Hilarious Video in the World

Holy crap this video is hilarious. The baby panda sneezes and the big panda nearly has a heart attack.

You might have to be in a certain bored mood to enjoy it, but WOW.

Today’s Favorite YouTube Videos

After working late for two nights, I forced myself to do absolutely nothing today. Hooray for me!

When I say “absolutely nothing” it usually means watching music videos on the youtube.

So, for lack of any recent interesting art pieces on my part, I will wimp out and post some of my favorite youtube videos. This post could become completely worthless, but here we go anyway:

HORSE the band – New York City

Naglfar – The Perpetual Horrors

Cradle Of Filth – Nymphetamine

Cryptopsy – The Pestilence That Walketh In Darkness

I have no idea how long these video links will last, as it seems content frequently gets deleted or moved on the youtubez.
